Fully Paid Healthcare Insurance - We pay our employees health insurance premium the first day of the month following the start of employment.  We believe you shouldn't have to wait for high-quality healthcare.  Our Health insurance is one of the best on the market and includes Health, Dental, Vision offered through Premera BlueCross.

Referral Fee - If an employee refers a friend and they get hired, we'll say thanks by adding $1,250 onto your paycheck. Must be a BluWater employee on the 90th day of your referrals employment.

New Business Referral Bonus - BluWater offers a 2% business referral bonus to all current employees who refer new business in existing and new accounts.  We believe, as a professional, you should be rewarded for taking care of our clients.

Matched 401(k) -   All employees are eligible to participate and contribute to BluWater's Safe Harbor 401(k) plan. BluWater's match is discretionary and is based on the company's performance.

Annual Utilization Bonus - Our top producer is recognized and given a bonus based on total utilization for the year.
